We know that just like every surgery, we are not perfect and sometimes things can go awry!  We do take any concern very seriously however and usually resolve worries very quickly by chatting it through.  We do work hard to provide a caring service and wanted to share some of the positive comments that we have received as they represent the majority of the time when things go as planned...!
